I haven’t been to Fire Island since I was a young twink in 1983, but the place exuded sex and freedom back then. I loved the Meat Rack series because of my memories of my visit there. I am applying for an artists residency this summer that held there and I am so looking forward to my escape from reality. Can’t wait to see what you come up with.
